Salary: £35-45,000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for an experienced Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Hampshire. The team work through all RIBA stages across high-end residential and workplace projects and always design with sustainability in mind. The friendly practice has a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are looking forward to welcoming an Architect to the team.

The successful Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and would ideally have experience working on high-end residential and workplace projects. You will be confident running projects and will be proficient using Vectorworks and Sketchup

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
• ARB registered
• Comfortable working through all RIBA stages
• Brilliant project management skills
• Previous experience working on high-end residential projects
• Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Vectorworks and Sketchup proficiency is essential
