Estimator - Scaffolding

£60,000 to £65,000 plus package

My client is an experienced contract scaffolding company serving the Midlands and surrounding areas. The are looking to a recruit and experienced Estimator join them on a permanent basis.

Duties:

* Overseeing the submission of competitive tenders

* Understanding and interpreting construction drawings

* Accurately price new projects in a timely manner

* Liaising directly with Design Engineers to produce designs for scaffolds

* Working closely with Clients, Main Contractors, Temporary Works Coordinators, Site Managers.

* Ensure that tenders comply with Health & Safety at Work Act, CDM regulations, Working at height regulations and Safe Systems of Work SG4:22.

* Attending pre / post tender meetings

* Developing and build long lasting relationships with clients.

Requirments:

Proven track record in pricing and tendering within the scaffolding arena

Excellent interpersonal skills
