Are you passionate about food and education? Do you have experience working in a school environment, supporting students and teachers alike? We are seeking a Food Technology Cover Supervisor to provide essential classroom support and ensure smooth operations during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Food Technology classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly and safely.
Assist students with practical tasks, offering guidance and support with cooking and food preparation.
Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progress and behavior management.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a school environment, ideally as a cover supervisor or teaching assistant.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to build rapport with students of all abilities
