The role involves a 70/30 split between audit and accounts, with a portfolio that includes fast-growing fintech companies, high-profile musicians, athletes, and long-standing owner-managed businesses across sectors like property and construction.

From buzzing startups to high-net-worth individuals, the variety of clients keeps the work dynamic. The Audit & Accounts Senior will be:

• Leading audits across a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance and precision

• Supporting Partners in client strategies and succession planning

• Contributing to business development through proposals, pitches, and networking

• Handling statutory accounts, corporate tax, and financial reporting

• Collaborating across teams while mentoring junior staff and shaping internal culture

?? Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent)

• Experienced in external audit within a professional services environment

• Well-versed in FRS 102 and IFRS

• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills

• An experienced mentor, team leader, or manager

• Proactive and confident in pitching new ideas and driving change

• Ambitious, with a clear eye on progression to Partnership
