Construction Solicitor – Associate | 4+ PQE | Birmingham

An award-winning national legal and professional services group is seeking a driven Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded Construction team in Birmingham.

This is a standout opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in contentious construction matters, though those with a broader construction or disputes background are also welcome to apply. You'll be joining a top-tier, multi-office team with a fantastic client base, including major developers, contractors and public sector bodies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on a broad range of high-quality construction matters, with a focus on disputes and contentious work
• Supporting experienced partners on complex litigation and arbitration cases
• Handling your own caseload with autonomy and responsibility
• Contributing to client development and cross-team collaboration

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in construction law (disputes focus preferred)
• A strong understanding of construction contracts and principles
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset and strong team ethic
