Interim Corporate/Commercial Building Surveyor

Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority on the South Coast with the recruitment of an Interim Building Surveyor for Corporate and Commercial stock.

The contract will be offered on a 6-month initial basis, with a day rate of approximately £300. This role will require site attendance up to three days per week, depending on workload.

Key details:

Corporate and commercial portfolio (schools, historic buildings, offices, depots, leisure facilities, industrial units)
Approx. 60-70 property surveys per year
Must have knowledge of lease arrangements
Preference for candidates with a commercial or public sector background, though housing experience will be considered
Candidates must be local enough to commute to site in HampshireRequirements:

Degree educated in a construction-related discipline
RICS membership desirable but not essential
Experience with surveying across a variety of property typesInterview slots are pencilled in for Wednesday 7th May.
