Overview
We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our client in Market Deeping. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in various administrative tasks. This will be working Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with flexibility to move to a (Apply online only) shift in future.

Duties
- Perform general admin duties
- Manage office correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
- Filing documents away
- Managing drivers paperwork
- Booking in drivers and completing paperwork
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic records

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/excel and Google docs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
