We are seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to join our Tax Department in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the tax affairs of the company.

Description

• Assisting in managing the company's tax affairs and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Preparing and supporting to submit corporation tax returns for several jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports.
• Assist in tax audits and tax returns preparation.
• Provide support to the Tax Manager in tax planning strategies.
• Working with the wider finance team, and preparing analysis for tax sensitive items.
• Preparing tax disclosures for statutory accounts including deferred tax calculations.
• Reviewing and analysing tax balances for financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.

Profile

A successful Assistant Tax Manager should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
