Senior Project Manager - Industrial New Build
Location: M1 Corridor (Multiple Sites)
Permanent | Salary: Up to £95,000 + Package

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale industrial new build projects along the M1 corridor. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for the management and delivery of major industrial projects, typically involving large-scale steel frame construction up to £40 million in value. Projects include new-build warehouses, logistics hubs, and manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all site-based activities from pre-construction through to completion

* Lead site teams and manage subcontractors and suppliers

* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

* Collaborate closely with commercial, design, and planning teams

* Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing large steel frame projects up to £40 million

* Strong background in delivering industrial new builds

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites on the M1 corridor

Package:

* Salary up to £95,000 (dependent on experience)
