Mechanical Project Manager

With their Offices based in the City of London, the company are a leading and very successful M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services within the commercial and office fit out sectors, from design through to installation and commissioning, with typical project values ranging from £500k up to £5m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Duties:

* Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project

* Design review

* Procurement of plant, materials & labour

* Technical Submittals

* Overall Cost Management

* Managing the engineering input into the project strategy

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

* Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

* Conduct regular site visits and inspections

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle

* Reporting into the Directors

Experience Required:

* Significant experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager

* Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical commercial fit out projects

Remuneration Package:

£70,000 to £75,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
