I am actively seeking a driven Architect to join an award winning RIBA Chartered practice in Nottingham who utilise their extensive expertise to deliver ground breaking, technically expert, and beautifully crafted designs. Their commitment to innovation and sustainability has earnt them an excellent reputation as well as having cultivated strong relationships with prominent clients. they have several offices across the UK who supplement their varied portfolio of projects in sectors such as residential, master planning, leisure and healthcare. With a number of exciting projects on the horizon this dynamic practice are keen to continue their growth and success of the last few decades.

The Successful Architect will have proven experience working on projects in the retail sector with experience being a project lead / job runner and boast design flare.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• Several years of post- RIBA Part 3 qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• ARB registered
• Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages
• Job running experience
• Proven record of working on retail projects
• Demonstrable technical expertise
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Managing a small team assisting with development
• Keen to input to company growth
• Attentiveness to detail and boast design flare and creativity
• Passionate about sustainable designs
• Live locally to the Nottingham area
