This role will be to liaise with customers and answer their billing queries.
The salary is £12.05 per hour and is located in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities of a Billing Administrator:
- Responding to client emails regarding their billing queries
- Making the occasional outbound call to clients
- Ensuring all billing queries are processed correctly
- Updating client details
- Forwarding any escalated billing queries to the relevant people
Key Skills and Experience of a Billing Administrator:
- Good customer service skills is required
- Previous administration experience is beneficial
- Experience in the billing department is advantageous but not essential
- You should be organised with an eye for detail
- You will be working within a team so a friendly and bubbly personality is preferred
