**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

* Provide compassionate companionship and offer emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness or anxiety.

* Help clients manage their medication schedules and ensure they take their prescribed medications as directed.

* Assist with meal planning and preparation to ensure clients have balanced, nutritious meals.

* Support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.

* Provide assistance with transport to appointments, errands, and social activities.

* Monitor the general health and well-being of clients, including tracking vital signs and reporting changes to healthcare professionals.

* Work with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that meet each client's needs.

**Qualifications & Required Experience**

* Previous experience in care or support roles preferred but not required.

* Have Enhanced DBS clearance

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and patient demeanor.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Long Day (8:00AM-8:00PM)

Night Shifts (8:00PM-8:00AM)

Early Shifts (8:00AM-2:00PM)

Late Shifts (2:00PM-8:00PM)
