Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will include:

Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment
Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with students and other members of staff
Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
Establish rapport quickly with students
Be flexible to cover various subjects across KS3 and KS4Ideal Psychology Graduate Cover Supervisor will have:
