The finance team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, and they are now seeking a skilled Client Billing Co-ordinator to join them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Elite 3E drafts, bills, and credit notes.
• Manage proforma production for monthly and transactional billing.
• Act as a key contact for billing queries.
• Ensure compliance with Alternative Fee Arrangements and firm protocols.
• Collaborate with Credit and AML teams to streamline operations.
• Provide support and training on Elite 3E and paperless proforma.
• Assist with client account transactions as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows.

What They’re Looking For:

• Elite 3E experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, AML regulations, and VAT.
• Previous experience in legal accounts or billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
