Salary: £25,048 - £27,980 per annum

Do you have experience within a senior administrative role?

Have you had this experience within a school setting or a really busy admin office?

With an amazing benefits package you will co-ordinate and manage the day to day efficient and effective running of the school administration function related to HR, training and examinations support.

Your part

  • maintaining and updating records
  • preparing and supporting reporting
  • organising and facilitating interviews, events etc - taking minutes, as required
  • supporting the induction of new staff and HR with staff records - absence reporting, training records etc..
  • being responsible for the overall smooth running of exams - distributing information, ensuring arrangements are in place for the specific needs
  • liaising with examination boards

Your duties are likely to vary and therefore you will need to be flexible and be able to lend a hand whenever required.

You will need:

  • Adaptable, flexible approach to work and the ability to manage own time and multi-task
  • Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication and computer skills
  • Ability to be discreet
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
