Pay Rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting regular maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment

* Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues

* Welding, burning, and working on conveyors and gearboxes

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

* Supporting other team members as needed

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role

* Experience with welding, burning, conveyors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems

* Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

* Standard fitter requirements (tools, precision, etc.)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude
