We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, based in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial scheme with one of the leading M&E firms in the industry, known for delivering high-quality residential projects with Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on commercial projects.

* Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, adhering to safety and quality standards.

* Manage and oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

* Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to the team.

* Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in residential and commercial mechanical projects.
