Remuneration: £30,000 + bonus giving OTE circa £55,000

The role of the Sales Development Representative - Facades Systems will involve:

* Sales Development position promoting building envelope refurbishment services including facades remediation & asbestos removal

* Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end users for example: Muller, Pepsi, Heineken, Scottish Water, Tesco, North British Distillery

* The remain portion with focus on the professional services sector dealing with: student accommodation providers, housebuilders and surveyors

* 95% of your time will be generating new business

* Conducting Teams presentations to customers to promote the service

* Working in unison with BDM

* Targeted to achieve £500k - £2m annual turnover depending on experience

The ideal applicant will be Sales Development Representative - Facades Systems with:

* Ideally will be a graduate or have some experience with business development or outbound sales

* Must be an energetic, hungry individual looking to forge a career in a sales position

* Comfortable cold calling and being on the telephone

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Ambitious, driven, dynamic personality
