Job Title: CDM Consultant/Principal Designer

Location: Sidcup

Permanent / Contract: Permanent

Salary - £35k - £45k per annum + benefits/package

Shirley Parsons are delighted to have partnered with a progressive construction consultancy looking for a CDM/Principal Designer to join their team. If you have a strong background in Construction, are experienced in CDM regulations or have acted as a Principal Designer across projects of varying values and complexities, we would love to hear from you.

The CDM/Principal designer will be responsible for:

* Acting as Principal Designer ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

* Apply your understanding of the design hazard elimination process to a range of projects.

* Contribute to projects from demolition to large-scale construction.

* Conduct health and safety site inspections to ensure regulatory standards are met.

The CDM/Principal designer will have:

* A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate qualification

* A solid construction or design background with experience in the CDM 2015 regulations.

* Proven experience in projects of various complexities.

* Strong communication, management, and teamwork abilities.

* Ability to work independently with excellent time/resource management skills.

* Flexible and willing to travel to project sites as needed.

* A minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar role.

* Full, clean driving license
