Are you a highly organised multitasker with a passion for supporting leaders and ensuring smooth operations? Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Act as a gatekeeper, managing the executive's busy schedule and screening calls and emails
Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Manage projects and follow up on action items
Assist with personal errands and tasks as neededSkills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
