Year 3 class teacher job available to start September 2024

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our school in Andover.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines for Year 3.
Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with specific educational needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' overall development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative working style.This school is looking for a full time class teacher for the academic year, however would be consider a job share 2.5 days a week for the right teacher
