Accounts Assistant

Salary - circa £25,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based on the outskirts on the east side of Shrewsbury. It is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business where you will be working as part of the finance team, reporting to and working closely with the Finance Director.

You will be responsible for:

* Purchase ledger

* Sales ledger

* Credit control

* Resolve queries

* Bank reconciliations

* Accruals and prepayments

* Fixed assets

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will ideally be AAT qualified or have experience of working in a similar role. You will need to be customer focused with strong communication skills. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills will also be needed for this role.
