• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of the history curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and exciting.
• Student Progress: Monitor and support the progress of all students, providing feedback that fosters their academic and personal growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Humanities department and other colleagues to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
• Assess and track student progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Support extracurricular history activities and events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in History or a related subject.
• A passion for history and a commitment to inspiring a love of learning in students.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
