This well known developer have an immediate requirement for a Technical Coordinator to work in South London on a long term contract basis or temp to perm.

Our client is on site working on 6 blocks of residential, 200 units per block and they need a capable Technical Coordinator, who will be reporting into a Technical Manager. This is an opportunity to gain experience working with a reputable company.

For this Technical Coordinator role you will have been involved with a number of projects within similar sectors. You will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Technical or Design Coordinator working within a team.
