I am currently looking for skilled Multi Traders to join a refurbishment client of mine. They are looking for someone to travel between Sussex and Hampshire completing refurbishment works to residential properties.

They are seeking someone well versed across painting and decorating, carpentry, bricklaying and plastering to join their dynamic and progressive team and grow alongside the company. My client is an established refurbishment contractor, primarily operating across the Social Housing sector. They have recently won numerous new projects across London and the Southeast and therefore have a strong pipeline of work for the end of 2024 and into 2025. They pride themselves on their strong commitment to internal and external refurbishment elements, fire safety works and the regeneration of void properties

The Role:

* Muti Trader Required

* Required to travel across Hampshire and Sussex

* Refurbishment to Social Housing properties

* Experienced across Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Bricklaying and Plastering

Required:

* Manual driving licence.

Desirable:

* CSCS.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Structural modifications, plastering, flooring, and basic roofing.

* Interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.

* General Repairs, fixing broken windows, doors, and furniture.

* Fixing damaged brickwork, replacing brickwork, replacing joints to prevent water damage

* Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and maintain a clean worksite.

* Communicate with clients, offer solutions, and ensure quality work.
