My client is a UK headquartered distribution company with a huge network across global markets. They have embarked on a significant global finance transformation and have a number of digital improvement programmes on the implementation roadmap. They are looking for an experienced change and communications manager to support their successful delivery into the business and partner key stakeholders along the way.

Experience with finance processes and digital transformation, and cultural fit is important to them and the ability to build strong relationships and truly partner the business with empathy is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of the business change plan to support the digital implementations, and create and maintain effective tools to track and monitor the completion of key activities
  • Centrally own, plan and design key change activities, workshops, communications and engagement collateral, and work with colleagues in the global markets to deliver them successfully
  • Produce detailed and timely programme board reports and presentations documenting actions, outcomes and issues and collaborating closely with the Transformation, Digital and Change teams
  • Ensure alignment and co-ordination on regional change activities with regional Change Leads
  • Own and manage the governance for change & comms
  • Manage a variety of senior stakeholders both on the project and in BAU

About you

  • Experience of working within and supporting the delivery of complex global finance change projects, with experience of finance shared service beneficial
  • Excellent project management skills; highly organised, self-starter and proactive in driving projects within the change & comms space
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes of plans
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills; able to produce clear, succinct and engaging business documents
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to quickly form positive relationships at all levels
  • Strong team player; collaborative working style, skilled in building strong relations across different time zones and cultures
