Our client is looking for a Service Administrator to provide Administration Support to the wider service team

Key Responsibilities – Service Administrator

• Service quotations. 
• Liase with customers to follow up on submitted quotations. 
• Create a positive technical interface with the customer base. 
• Day to day administrative support for the service team. 
• Enter repair jobs on to centralised system. 

Qualifications & Requirements – Service Administrator

• Educated to GCSE/SSC or equivalent. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle enquiries in a confident and professional manner. 
• Ability to write simple correspondence. 
• Ability to coordinate daily workload to known deadlines and project requirements.
• Reasonable IT skill level; including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
