Credit Controller role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:          Credit Controller

Location:         Wakefield

Salary:             £26,000-£30,000 DoE

Length:            Permanent

Hours:              40 hours p/week Hybrid 3 days office 2 WFH (8:30am-5:30pm)

The role will predominantly involve:

• Will be responsible for own portfolio of customers
• Collecting customer debts and working with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and reduced aged debt
• Build relationships with customers and branch directors and their teams to facilitate swift resolution.
• Pursue payment of overdue accounts by telephone and e-mail
• Obtain copies of invoices when required

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be available at short notice.
