Our client is a luxury health club & spa based in Weybridge. They are currently seeking Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations of the club.

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week - office based)
Salary: £30k per annum + attractive benefits

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process payroll for all permanent and contract employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Address payroll-related inquiries, providing expert support to employees
Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
Oversee the calculation, deduction, and payment of payroll taxes and contribution.
Ensure payroll processes aligns with company policies and collective agreements.
Oversee payroll systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related issues for team members.
