The 'Royal Oak' is regarded as one of the oldest pubs in Evesham, dating back to the 16th century, although parts of it date back much earlier. There has been much said about it, in the history books but believe that King Charles I stayed here in 1645. It is a traditional half-timbered terraced property (in black & white) situated on the main road trough Evesham. It comprises a traditional public bar with open fires, a lounge/dining room to rear with a catering kitchen, beer terrace, ladies/gents toilets and vaulted underground cellar. In addition, there are 6 letting rooms.
