Finance Assistant£25,000 to £28,000LeedsContract, 12 monthsResponsibilities of a Finance Assistant are:

• Processing of supplier invoices in the accounting system with weekly production of the creditors list
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Weekly expense processing and credit card spend management
• Credit control and cash allocations 
• Weekly production of debtor list
• Ledger account balancing and manual journal entries
• Assisting with VAT returns, management accounts, and cashflow
• Liaising with other teams to ensure reports and information are provided in a timely manner
• Fixed Asset register management
• Assisting with facilities management

Experience or qualifications to be successful for the role of Finance Assistant

• AAT qualified would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (essential)
• Must be available to work in the office full time
