A leading EdTech organisation are seeking a motivated IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer.
As an IT Manager/Senior IT Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and play a key role in providing high-quality support and services to internal customers.
You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and are always looking for ways to continue to develop themselves.
IT Manager/Senior IT Support EngineerKey Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability and reliability of internal services
- Establish, maintain, and evolve secure services
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support
- Manage vendor relationships and software licenses
- Maintain endpoint security and manage mobile devices
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Manage ticket queues and meet internal support SLAs
- Provide technical mentoring to others
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Office 365, including, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
- General Windows Server, networking, firewalls, switches knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Experience in remote support and management
- Mentoring experience
- Understanding of GDPR
