In this role you will oversee the performance of allocated agencies, drive business development, and support onboarding of new agents. You will work closely with senior management to implement tailored strategies and ensure all decisions align with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing the due diligence process, driving delegated authority oversight, and promoting client-centric solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering presentations and driving initiatives across multiple boards and committees.
