Maintenance TechLocation: York - YO41Pay: Up to £30,883per annum.Duration: full time permanent.  FM teams will work a shift pattern of 5 in 7 and have alternative weekends off.The shifts will be an 8 hour day, with an hour’s unpaid break, start and finish times will range from 07:30 to 18:00Evening on call arrangements will be provided on a weekly basis (7days) 18:00 to 07:30 and will be on a rota arrangement, which will be confirmed once all roles are in post.  InfoMust have previous experience in maintaining a commercial office spaceMust be able to pass a Security Clearance Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Maintenance / repair to joinery
• Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
• Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
• Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
• (PPM’s) Planned Preventative Maintenance jobs assigned
• Repairs and modifications to tiling
• Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.
