Finance Analyst / Wirral - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) / Up to £45,000 + Study Support

This role is pivotal in achieving the companies strategic goals and vision by performing detailed financial analysis and supporting cost reviews.

The Finance Analyst will be instrumental in improving value for money and business effectiveness through translating financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support cost evaluations and reviews.
• Develop and present financial reports to assist in understanding cost variances.
• Support the forecasting process and annual budget preparation.
• Contribute to enhancing value for money and overall business effectiveness.
• Assist in the preparation of ad hoc reporting packs as required by the Finance Business Partner.
• Maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to stay informed of changes in services, staffing, or growth opportunities.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will be nearly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying
• Open to QBE
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills to liaise internally.
