The role requires a good understanding and experience of public procurement regulations (PCR2015), as well as strategic and operational procurement in a non-PCR2015 environment. The role involves working across the public, private, and third sectors.

• Managing the delivery of consultancy services across various high-profile accounts.
• Leading on managed procurements on behalf of customers across various categories.
• Undertaking a full procurement maturity assessment and diagnosing opportunities to improve procurement outcomes.
• Developing Procurement Strategies, Policies, Processes, and Procedures from scratch and implementing them across organisations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement at a Strategic and/or Operational Level.
• Excellent understanding of PCR2015 public sector procurement.
• Proficient in project management of end-to-end Tender processes
• CIPS level 4, or working towards
• Must be able to commute to Southwest
