Your new company

Your new role

* Supervise contractors and engineers

* Ensuring all PPM's are done, covering all end to end works

* Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks eg, HVAC, AHU's, FCU's etc.

* Building installation and repair e.g. carpet-fitting, repair to walls, gutter clearance, drainage)

* Attend reactive breakdowns

* Complete/ assist completion of PPM regimes

* Can work on the tools.

What you'll need to succeed

* Can be qualified to Electrical, Mechanical or Fabric bias.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
