Service Advisor - Commercial Vehicles

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join a estbalished Main Dealer's Commercial Vehicles site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive experience to take on a pivotal customer-facing role. With no weekend work, a competitive salary of £25,000 to £31,000 plus bonuses and overtime, and a 46.5-hour work week, this position offers a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all customer service inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Schedule service and maintenance appointments, keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication of vehicle issues and repair needs.
Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer feedback.
Upsell additional products and services when appropriate.
Handle invoicing, payments, and warranties, ensuring all paperwork is processed efficiently.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within the commercial vehicle sector.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of automotive repairs and services.
