The ideal candidate would take a lead role in developing and steering an exciting curriculum which enables the highest level of pupil progress and attainment in the Maths department.

Hours: 8am 3:30pm (approx.)

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively being subject co-ordination across the school, which involves working with all key stages.

Lead and manage a conglomerate of subject teachers to ensure the highest student attainment across the department.

Monitoring the progress and attainment of students in the mathematics department.

Regularly working with NQT co-ordinator and Teaching and Learning Lead to identify key areas of support.

Delivery and accountability for the Mathematics Specialism including liaison with other authorities to maintain the profile of the school as a Mathematics Specialist School.

Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK

Hold Enhanced Child DBS on the update service

Provide two professional references
