As a Management Accountant, your role and responsibilities will include…

* Preparing monthly management accounts, profit/loss statements and balance sheets

* Present monthly management accounts to directors

* Preparation of annual accounts to submit to accountants

* Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, complete quarterly VAT returns

* Analyse the company's financial performance (budgets to actual)

* Reviewing finance processes and controls and ensuring consistent documentation

We're looking for a Management Accountant with the following skills and experience…

* Experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Controller

* AAT qualification is essential, CIMA/ACCA would be advantageous

* Experience with Sage 50 accounts software

* VAT and PAYE experience is essential, and CIS/Intrastat would be beneficial

* Great knowledge of Excel with excellent bookkeeping skills

* A positive, proactive, trustworthy person with a high attention to detail and ambition

In return, the successful Management Accountant will receive a salary between £47,000 to £52,000, with the following benefits…
