This Finance Manager role will be key in ensuring the smooth running of the finance department and overseeing the transaction team.

Duties include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Cashflow forecasting
• Budgeting
• Supervise a small transactional team
• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions ensuring compliance with regulations
• Bank reconciliations
• Regular financial reporting
• Manage yearend audit - liaise with external auditors
• Continual development of internal controls
• Additional duties as required

This Finance Manager role would be ideal for someone with a background in professional services and is used to work with fee earners.
