We are proud to have partnered with a unique and growing bank based in Chester, who specialise in financial products to support the rural economy. This bank are seeking a financial services professional with experience in transaction monitoring and payments screening.

Responsibilities:

Transaction Monitoring:

* Responsible for finding and investigating unusual transactions, patterns and activity to screen for potential money laundering/terrorist financing

* Keep detailed records of all investigations and findings, and report as required

* Ensure regulatory procedures are followed

Requirements:

* Confident in multi-tasking - able to juggle tasks effectively

* Strong relationship builder - you can communicate and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels

* Proficient in IT - you're able to pick up new systems quickly and use a variety of systems.

* Exposure to SARs, Transaction Monitoring, Payments Screening and Cifas

* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Experience of transaction monitoring (desirable)

* Knowledge of regulatory policies within financial services (desirable)

Salary & Benefits:

* £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

* 25 days annual leave (increases after 2 years of service)
