The Position - SEN Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a non-verbal pupil with autism on a 1:1 basis in a mainstream primary school provision. The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and experienced in working with children with additional needs. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the child.

The school is a mixed Community Primary school that has been graded as an “Outstanding” school in 2024. The school has a capacity of 480 pupils which includes an SEN Provision where the SEN Teaching Assistant will be based.
