You will be working in a sleek, modern Holborn office 3-4 days per week which has a real "start-up" feel! No 2 days are the same and this will be perfect for someone looking to work in a fun, fast paced environment!
The Role- Collaborate with an existing HR Coordinator to drive employee engagement & resolve employee queries and questions
- Successful onboarding of new employees and setting up on IT & HR systems
- Day to day management of the office environment - liaising with 3rd party suppliers and ensuring the office is clean, stocked and running smoothly
- Running & organising social events
- Talent Acquisition - end to end recruitment process - liaising with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, screening & interviews.
Your Background - Experience in a similar HR/Office/Operations management role - ideally within a software/SaaS company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of UK employment law and best practices with experience in HR administration and coordination.
- Experience managing employee relations
- Ability to drive employee engagement and company culture
- Strong organisational skills
- Experienced in recruitment/talent acquisition
