Methods are currently looking for a IT Support Engineer with Endpoint experience for a 12 Month Fixed-term Contract.

You Will:

• Provide technical support for Endpoint solution
• Regular system maintenance and implementation (Delete leavers, Remove mass old data, Update and patch, etc.)
• Security scan for client's system and network and report
• Gathering information and delivering and educating information to subsidiaries by receiving business instructions
• Backup of operation management for system
• Reporting Periodic reports and issues reports
• Produce on-time resolution ratio for customer's request

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Fluent Korean and English to liaise between HQ and Customers.
• MS Windows (for Server OS and PC OS) skills be able to troubleshoot software problems in Windows OS
• Ability to analyze logically to resolve technical issues.
• Customer approachable attitude and a customer focused person
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills
