We are working with one of the UK's largest Housing Associations to recruit for two brand new Product Manager roles. These roles will lead the way in designing and delivering multi-channel product and service improvements.

Salary: £66,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after three years), matched employer pension contribution up to 7.5%, annual bonus programme, personal development, and much more
Duration: Permanent
Location: London - hybrid working (one day a week in the office)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the Director of Product and User Experience to align organisational goals with a strategic vision for enhancing the organisation's multi-channel customer service
Taking ownership of one or more product verticals, developing improvement propositions, and pitching them to senior executives for strategic adoption
Conducting research, engaging stakeholders, prioritising business needs, and collaborating with technical teams to define and validate solution concepts
Preparing and presenting papers and presentations to senior stakeholders for decision-making and support
Analysing complex processes, working with stakeholders to define multi-channel service requirements that balance customer and business needs
Leading cross-functional teams to develop intuitive multi-channel customer interfaces and ensuring alignment with security and data protection requirements
Planning, coordinating, and delivering new products or enhancements, managing risks, and working with teams to continuously improve services and customer experiences
The successful candidate will have:

Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with a track record of working independently in agile multi-disciplined teams
Strong strategic and commercial awareness to understand how business challenges fit within the bigger picture
Excellent problem-solving skills to analyse complex business issues and provide practical solutions
Strong stakeholder management, including ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
Proficiency in process mapping, able to break down complex process clearing
Experience delivering products within modern digital ecosystems
