An exciting opportuntiy to join a well established Hotel and restaurants on a full time basis as a Chef in a strong expeirenced Kitchen. This opportuntiy additionally offers living accomodation on site. 

About the Role

Ensure that food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks when needed.

About You

Previous experience working in a culinary role, preferably with supervisory skills.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
