Senior Site Manager - Leicester

Senior Site Manager - a successful privately owned building contractor is seeking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to join the growing team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join an established main contractor delivering projects across education, commercial, leisure and sports, high-rise residential and MOD sectors.

Our client is a successful privately-owned building contractor with a turnover of £100m, and they have a track record delivering projects ranging from £10m to £50m, they are on multiple frameworks and have a full order book for 2025 / 2026.

The initial project is the refurbishment and fit out of an education facility (£22m). On this scheme you would support a Senior Project Manager to deliver the on-site works which consist of internal works in a non-live environment.

Requirements:
- Experience as Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
- Experience delivering D&B projects £10m+
- Experience managing site delivery teams
- SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS Card

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage multiple sub-contractors and specialist trades teams
- Ensure the quality of work is the to the highest standard
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Ensure projects are being delivered to programme

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £62,500 - £65,500 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance (£6,000)
- Excellent Company bonus scheme
- Healthcare & Pension

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must demonstrate a track record of delivering D&B projects with a main contractor ranging from £10m+
