We are looking for B2B sales professionals keen to transition their sales acumen into a recruitment setting. Here you will hone your skills to build relationships with clients in the Private Equity space supporting their hiring needs.

As of 2024, they are at a total head count of 90 across offices in London, Frankfurt and New York. You will be surrounded by serious high performers with consultants billing twice that of average in the industry; the top billers bills £2million+ a year. Strong performers have the opportunity for office relocation in the future, supported through Fast Track to Management Scheme.

We are keen to speak with B2B sales professionals who have experience in closing, 1-2 years.

  • Guiding candidates through the interview process
  • Account management
  • Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
  • Closing business deals
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements

  • B2B Sales Experience (Min. 12 months)
  • Degree Educated 2:1 or above
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Tenacious attitude
  • Ambitious character
  • Competitive nature (Played sport to a high standard)
  • Unrivalled work ethic
